Standard Delivery is by appointed delivery courier company for all nationwide deliveries within Malaysia.
(a) 5 to 7 working days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia
(b) 5 to 10 working days for orders within East Malaysia
Charges for delivery are as follows:
West Malaysia - RM 12.00
East Malaysia - RM 25.00
All orders above RM300.00 will receive complimentary shipping to anywhere in Malaysia (including East Malaysia).
Please note that this does not include INTERNATIONAL orders.
International Delivery by UPS
International Delivery is available, but the buyer must bear the cost of shipping to the country of their residence. Please note that some countries apply an importation charge of skincare and some countries require certification of import. We will do our best to furnish you with all the details and extend a hand where possible. However, each country differs from one another and laws are applied differently. Please check with your country's laws and legislation, rules, policies and procedures before completing your purchase. Please also note that our refund/replace policy does not apply for international purchases. We will only ship a replacement out on condition that the buyer bears the shipping cost.
