Returns / Refund Policy

At Eral Shop, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our Returns/Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns:

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, unless the product is expired.
If you receive a product that is expired, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
To be eligible for a return due to expiration, you must provide proof of purchase and return the expired product within 7 days of receiving it.


2. Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund due to an expired product, we will provide you with a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product.


3. Exchanges:

We offer a one-to-one exchange service for products that are expired.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
Exchanges will be subject to product availability.


4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges of expired products will be covered by Eral Shop.
However, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns of non-expired products or exchanges for reasons other than expiration.
